Before purchasing any of our services, you MUST read our policy. It is solely the clients responsibility to read the policy before hand. Our policy is strictly implemented,  by purchasing any of our services you are agreeing to our company's terms and conditions.

Payments 

• To ensure a seamless and intentional client experience, all services are paid in full before project initiation. Flexible payment options are available through Klarna, Affirm, and Sezzle.

Out of Stock Services

• Restocks on services, occur on the 28th of each month.

• If a service is listed as out of stock it means that I am fully booked  for the service at the time. Slots are limited for services each month to prevent being over booked.

Turnaround Time​

• Turnaround time for individual services is 7–10 business days.

• Packages and website development services each have their own specific turnaround window, which can be found in the service description.

• Please note that turnaround time does not begin until all requested information has been submitted and payment has been received.

  Weekends and national holidays are not included in the turnaround estimate, as we are closed during those times. All timelines are calculated based on business days only.

Customer Service 

• Providing stellar customer service is very important to us here at TheBauseChic, and so is maintaining a respectful work environment. For this reason, all communication regarding open orders will take place only during our office hours, which are Monday–Thursday, 10am–7pm.

• We are closed on weekends and national holidays, so any emails, messages, or comments received during those times will be answered the following business day.

Refunds

• TheBauseChic will not issue refunds once a project has been started or completed.

• If a dispute is filed through your payment processor or bank, the order will be paused immediately and no files will be released.

• Refunds are discretionary, and if for any reason I am unable to complete the work, a refund will be issued.

• If an issue ever arises, such as a typo, misplacement, or misunderstanding; please contact us and allow us the opportunity to correct it. We truly appreciate the chance to make things right and ensure your project aligns with your vision.
